Hanvayra signs Master Services Agreements directly with prime vendors and implementation partners. All consultants placed through Hanvayra are employed by and paid through independent payroll companies. Hanvayra is never the employer of record — this structure ensures full compliance and clear accountability at every level of the engagement.

How We Work with Prime Vendors

Hanvayra establishes a Master Services Agreement with each prime vendor once — covering all future placements under that relationship. Individual Statements of Work are issued per placement, referencing the MSA.

Technology Professionals Seeking US Opportunities

Hanvayra works with experienced IT professionals who hold valid US work authorization and are seeking contract or consulting roles with enterprise clients and technology organizations.

We specialize in placing professionals in Java, full-stack, cloud, and enterprise technology roles — typically at the mid-to-senior level with 3 or more years of relevant experience.

Important: All candidates must hold valid, active US work authorization at the time of submission. Hanvayra does not provide visa sponsorship of any kind.

Specialty occupation visa holders currently authorized to work in the US.
F-1 OPT
Students on Optional Practical Training within the authorized employment period.
